Sample Recipe from the book: Chinese Flatbreads

I choose this recipe because  even though all the other recipes in the book were so tempting, I figured that with summer coming and easy entertaining methods what mostpeople would choose to do, these crackers looked like a fast and easy way to accompany dips, cheese and cracker platters, fast and easy salad lunches (tuna or chicken salad).  They also looked very tempting.  To try all the other delicious sweet desserts, buy the book, you won't be sorry!
