Suzanne Bakiewicz is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Mohawk Ltd. Suzanne has two Masters Degrees, one in Management Information Systems (MIS), and one in Human Resource Management. Her assistance in marketing this cookbook and her support throughout each step of our growth was unsurpassed. She has also taught marketing at Utica College. Suzanne and her husband Andy live in New Hartford with their two children, Alexandra 9, and Matthew 8. Suzanne was the one who would never let me give up on this project when the going got tough. Her biggest asset is her humility; she doesn’t realize how gifted and talented she truly is. Suzanne says, her worst feature is that she can’t cook, but promises to learn now that we have a cookbook out there!
