Lauren is a senior at Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration. A graduate of Phillips Exeter Academy, she is our resident proofreader. She has been instrumental in setting up the format of the cookbook and is a Microsoft Office expert. She plans on attending law school after graduation, if she can pass cooking. She is not genetically related to her mother when it comes to cooking but claims she makes a mean mac and cheese from the box! Her hobbies and interests include snowboarding, Texas Hold ‘Em, and country music. She is also a professional certified poker dealer. She is currently doing an internship in casino operation at the Wynn in Las Vegas.
